We are offering you a selection of Milltek systems for your GR Yaris here. All systems in this listing have ECE approval and are therefore legal!

Valve control in a nutshell:

Stationary: Valve open up to 2,000 rpm.

Sport mode: Valves are always open from 80 km/h. Exception: 2nd gear from 3,000 rpm.

Other modes: Valve opens from 80 km/h AND over 4,500 rpm. Exception: 2nd gear from 75% throttle position.

An ECE-certified ASR module is used, which complies with legal regulations. The valve is electrically controlled and therefore operates very reliably.

The Milltek systems are "cat-back," starting after the original main catalytic converter and thus replacing your center and rear silencers (MSD/ESD), which results in a deep and bassy sound. Especially compared to systems that only replace the rear silencer, the complete sound profile has been perfectly tuned. The original front silencer (with main cat/OPF) remains in place.

Why Milltek?

The Milltek systems generate a very nice, powerful, deep tone without you having to worry about a decibel measurement. Thanks to the ECE approval, you are completely safe on the road and don't even have to have anything registered. The sound can also be heard in the interior and is simply a sound experience compared to the standard system.

The system has also become more durable following a redesign some time ago. In the past, there were issues with a weld seam, which has since been structurally resolved. Milltek uses only T304L stainless steel, which is exceptionally corrosion-resistant and durable.

The Milltek system comes with all necessary installation accessories and can be easily and quickly installed by a professional, allowing you to quickly enjoy the sound.

The agony of choice - Tailpipes

The systems differ only in the appearance of the tailpipes. You can choose between the following visual variants:

• Polished stainless steel (standard)
• Black (Cerakote)
• Carbon - carbon shell around stainless steel tailpipes
• Brushed titanium (looks very elegant, matte finish)
• Flamed titanium ("rainbow" color gradient, due to burnt titanium)

The tailpipes differ only in appearance and material and have no influence on your sound experience.
