Order information Build-on-order: Due to the small number of pieces, this article is only produced when an order is placed and therefore has a rather long and imprecise delivery time of around 6 weeks. As a sales partner of Spiller Tuning, we are finally able to offer you the long-awaited GRP hood in TS style! Completely designed and made in Germany.

The hood is made entirely of GRP and has the TS-Style typical 6 air outlets that provide your engine with the much-needed cooling.

The hood comes with the following features:

-Full GRP and therefore lighter than the original aluminum hood

-Precision fit as you would expect from Spiller (take a look at the two detailed pictures of the carbon hood)

-Prepared holes for the Aerocatches. The quick hood locks are required for registration and completely eliminate the well-known "hood flutter" at high speeds. The original hood lock is also retained. However, Aerocatches are not included in the scope of delivery!

The hood is delivered to you "raw", so it still needs to be primed and painted. After painting, ventilation grilles also need to be glued into the air inlets if necessary. This can usually be done easily by your painter or you yourself. The grilles are not included in the delivery! Here you can find a great selection, for example .

In principle, any qualified inspector can carry out the individual inspection with the material report. However, please always check BEFOREHAND whether your inspector also does this. Not every inspector is directly on board, especially with parts like these, but with our material report it should not be a problem. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

It is not technically necessary, but it is good for some people's conscience: we are currently developing an optional water drain for the hood. This can also be retrofitted and can be useful if you often use the car in the rain or leave it outside. In all these years, however, there have never been any problems with the electrics, even without drains.

This hood is also available in visible carbon (i.e. GRP/CFRP mix) and full carbon (weight around 4 kg). Unfortunately, it is currently available without a material certificate and is therefore only suitable for racing ! In the next few months we are working on creating a material certificate for visible carbon and hope to be able to offer you this variant from spring onwards.
