Ordering information for build-on-order: Due to the limited quantities, this item is only produced upon receipt of an order, resulting in a rather long and inaccurate delivery time of approximately six weeks. As a distribution partner of Spiller Tuning, we're finally offering you the highly anticipated TS-style fiberglass hood! Completely designed and made in Germany.

The hood is made entirely of fiberglass and has the TS-style typical 6 air outlets that provide your engine with the much-needed cooling.

The hood comes with the following features:

-Fully GRP and therefore lighter than the original aluminum hood

-Precision fit as you would expect from Spiller (see the two detailed pictures of the carbon hood)

-Material report

-Prepared holes for the aerocatches. The quick-release hood latches are required for registration and completely eliminate the familiar "hood flutter" at high speeds. The original hood lock is also retained.

However, Aerocatches are not included in the delivery!

The hood will be delivered "raw," meaning it still needs to be primed and painted. After painting, ventilation grilles may need to be glued into the air intakes if needed. This can usually be done easily by your paint shop or by yourself. Update 04/25: The ventilation grilles are now also included in the delivery in black!

In principle, any qualified inspector can perform the individual inspection with the material report. However, please always check beforehand whether your inspector also does this. Especially with parts like these, not every inspector is directly on board, but with our material report, it shouldn't be a problem. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

While it's not technically necessary, it's good for some people's consciences: we're currently developing an optional water drain for the hood. This can also be retrofitted and can be useful if you often use the car in the rain or park it outside. In all these years, however, we've never had any electrical problems even without drains.

This hood is also available in exposed carbon (a fiberglass/carbon fiber mix) and full carbon (weight approximately 4 kg). Unfortunately, it currently lacks a material certificate and is therefore only suitable for racing ! In the coming months, we'll be working on creating a material certificate for exposed carbon and hope to be able to offer this version starting in the spring.
