Do you have a problem with fogged-up taillights or moisture in general and want to fix it before it causes damage?

One of the most common misdiagnoses on first-generation Toyobaru cars is leaky taillights. There are often outrageous YouTube tutorials that suggest disassembling the entire taillight in an oven, and the lens usually doesn't seal properly afterward. However, in an estimated 80% of cases, simply replacing the outer seal offered here is perfectly sufficient!

The seal is a genuine Toyota spare part, but fits all aftermarket headlights on the pre-facelift and facelift GT86/BRZ I. Depending on the application, you may need to cut off a small corner to avoid covering the relays, for example, on Valenti Revos, but the seals generally fit all taillights, as the mounting bolts are always the same. For aftermarket seals, we tend to recommend the FL seals as they offer a more precise fit, as the LEDs eliminate the need to change the bulb opening.

The seals differ slightly between the pre-facelift and facelift versions. They're identical in terms of dimensions, but the VFL version has a second small hole for changing the light bulb, which is omitted from the FL version, thus providing a more complete seal.
